Great location! 🏖️ Just a stone's throw away from two stunning beaches - Praia Da Rocha itself and a supermarket. We strolled to Ristorante Pinocchio for dinner, only a 10-15 minute walk from here.

In the year 2011 you cannot like a hotel without internet.

There is no wi-fi. The only access to internet is a single computer in the reseption at 4 eur per hour. There is no possibility to connect your own computer.The staff cannot help with a usb stick to transfer information from the hotel computer to my pc. I cannot understand why the hotel management deliberately want to distroy my impression of the hotel by not having internet access. This is the single reason for not recomending the hotel to friends. Otherwise everything was positive with the stay.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. It is a stylish hotel with a lovely pool. - the staff is very professional. - the hotel has the best possible location in a quiet area.

Make sure you stay in the a double room with large balcony and kitchen, as example. The location is marvellous and amazing, 15 minutes' walk to a sandy beach.

The hotel is located in the nearest proximity to the ocean and the beaches. The street with restaurants and entertaiment is also very close. Open balconies provede excelent views to the ocean, the city and the country side. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Kitchens are equipped with almost everything too cook. There's no ACs, but with the ocean breeze they are not necessary.

Couple of times we received bed linen and towels from laundry dirty, but they were imideately replaced after my complain. Wi-fi in the rooms would be nice addition.

The location was great and amazing, within walking distance of a sandy beach. A bus stop short walk from the hotel was really handy. Our room was decent sized and kept very clean with frequent changes of towels. The bathroom was good size, included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

The room is well-equipped and newly decorated, with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets provided. the hotel is in an incredible location, near Praia do Amado. - It is conveniently situated near bars and restaurants.

I had an lovely stay at the Presidente.I Had stayed there many years before and had found the location of the hotel excellent. It is very near the beach and in walking distance to all. The ladies who cleaned the rooms did a great job every day and were very helpful as were the other staff.

Nice appartment, larger than we expected, nice people. We had a problem with the hot water and in a few minutes the water heater was replaced by a new one.

Stayed in a good-sized room, very clean with frequent towel changes, overlooking a fantastic sea view.

The apartament has a great localization. It's in front of the sea, 5 min walking to the "Praia do Vau" and 10-15min walking to "Praia da Rocha" by the beach. The apartament is quite big and very confort. Almost all stafs were very friendily and helpfull (except for just one that was in a bad temper). Thera are a mini market at the hotel and some supermarkets 10 min by car. The kitchen was completly equipated and the apartament was very clean.

The only bad thing about the hotel is the shower. The hiter for hot water has a small capacity. For that reason u have to take a very fast shower, if u are in a big group. There isn't as well a wi-fi. But there is one computer with internet, but u have to pay it for (I can't remember the price).

What an absolutely kind and incredibly welcoming staff! Exceptional, neat unit with spacious built in wardrobes, everyday towels plus fabulous view. Plenty of options, outstanding food.

The stay during the holidays was attractive and offered competitive value for money. Everything was really good, and we really enjoyed our pleasant stay. - the location in a quiet area was peaceful, with a market and all the main shops nearby. - There were plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. - the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, assisting us in finding nearby restaurants and bars.

Location was wonderful - right across from the natural headland and beach. Rooms were nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was looking a little rundown. The minimarket was not open, the restaurant wasn't very good.

Five-person apartment was bigger than expected, with sufficient kitchen space and bathroom as well. OK pool area.

In spite of the facilities being on the quiet side of Portimao, there was a lot of traffic outside during the night
